🔒 Custom Orders
Items that are customized (e.g., uniforms, names/numbers on the back, or special requests) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

🔁 Non-Customized Items
Items that are not customized may be exchanged if:

• They have not been worn, washed, or damaged

• The exchange is requested within 14 days of receiving the item

⚠️ Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will:

• Fix the issue at no cost to you

• Apply a credit toward your next purchase

• Ready for pick-up

• Out for hand delivery
