With six years of collegiate coaching experience as both an Assistant Coach and Head Coach, along with experience coaching at the high school level, Franklin Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and leadership to youth basketball.

As the Founder of OLY Basketball Academy and Owner of OLY Athletic Center, Franklin has built more than just a basketball program. He's created an environment where athletes of all skill levels have the opportunity to develop, compete, and reach their full potential.

Recognized by Silver Waves Media as one of the Top 100 Program Directors in the Northwest for three consecutive years, Franklin's impact on youth basketball extends well beyond the court. Under his leadership, OLY has earned 25+ championships, helped athletes pursue collegiate opportunities, provided over $200,000 in scholarships, and been recognized in Best of South Sound Magazine.

Franklin also serves as the Northwest Regional Tournament Director for Attitude of Gratitude Events, overseeing more than 40 tournaments annually throughout the Pacific Northwest.
